In this episode, hosts Carey Kaas, Lorenda Carr, and Michelle Oyler return to one of their most expansive conversations yet — picking up right where they left off on past lives. This time, the focus shifts to how past lives are actively showing up in your life right now, and what you can do with that information.

Through personal stories, client breakthroughs, and a deep dive into spiritual dimensions, the hosts explore how past life energy "bleeds through" into present-day emotions, physical symptoms, relationships, and soul purpose — and why more people than ever are beginning to tune in.

Whether you're new to the concept or deep in your own regression practice, this conversation will leave you asking new questions and seeing your daily life in a whole new light.

This is amazing that we're actually on episode nine. Episode nine of the Liminal Lounge Mediums. I can't wait to get into this topic today, because this is a continuation of our last episode where we really dove into past lives. Lorenda Carr, how have you been? I've missed you. I'm doing well, thank you. Lots going on, but I tell you what, I live for this topic. I am finding that as a practicing medium, this just transcends so many things that, that we do in our work with spirits. So I'm excited to dive into it, for sure. This is going to be a good one, Lorenda. It is. It really is. Our friend Michelle, how are you? Hello. Good. I have thought so much about this topic since our first one, you know, on past lives. I just keep thinking about it, and I keep getting, having more questions surface, and I guess I'm really looking forward to hearing what you both have to say about some of these questions. Yeah, excited. I am too, and I know that I have spoken to some of our listeners, and they really enjoyed that first episode, and had a really, a lot of good questions that they wanted to know more about, which is really part of what is going to drive the conversation in this episode. So we decided that a good place to start from is how do past lives affect you today? With the empowered notion that the most important life is today, this life right here, and we're really looking forward to diving into this, and I'm gonna start with a story, and then I know Lorenda and Michelle have so much to add to this conversation. We're sort of like chomping at the bit, can't wait to get started. I would say This was five years ago. This spanned that amount of time. I was watching a documentary which I knew was going to pique my interest, and in this documentary, it was really about children that had past life memories. And the one story that really struck me was this young boy, and when he was, I think about three or four years old, he would wake up in the middle of the night with night terrors, and he would wake his mother up. His mother would come in, and he would give, with such precision, a dream that really recounted him being a fighter pilot, and so much information about this fighter pilot, who he was, what happened, and his entire story. And his mother at first, of course, dismissed it, thinking that it was just his imagination, which is what a lot of people do, and kept just, you know, trying to soothe him and get him back to sleep in a routine, but this would not leave him. And he kept bringing in more detail, more information, and was recounting it with such accuracy. So the parents, being good supportive parents, decided to research this. Because the boy was even getting a name, he was getting locations, and so much evidence And so they were able to find that this was actually someone who had served as, I, I wanna say, I think it was World War II, as a fighter pilot. And even his appearance, what he wore, where he lived, and the details the boy remembered, it's like it absolutely incredible. The amazing thing is that his sisters were still alive, this fighter pilot's sisters, and they were open enough that the family went and visited them, and th- they all had just this huge healing that occurred, I believe, because of the acknowledgement and the openness. And then the parents took it even further, and they actually went back to the location where the plane, because it had gone down in the ocean, and I can't remember s- I think it was somewhere in, probably in the Pacific, but I can't remember those details. But that is just to say the imprint of a past life, how it can affect us in such incredible ways, especially when you're an open vessel like a child who has no, you know, recounting of anything else but this moment, and has no bias, has no preferences, hasn't watched a documentary on anything. So that was, that's just our starting point, and I'm gonna move over to Lorenda and just say give us your wisdom on this topic 'cause it's gr- it's vast. It is so vast. And, There are so many stories, by the way. Dolores Cannon, where she's, like, the godmother of the... She and her husband and the QHHT technique, and interviewing so many people or putting them into hypnosis and then following up with these stories and proving time after time that these people actually existed off the radar. They weren't people that really you were knowing about. They weren't necessarily famous. And then there is a book. I can't remember the author's name. I'd have to look it up, but The Boy Who Knew Too Much, and it's about a young boy who From a very early age, knew how to play baseball, knew all the struggles, like had talked about his life and it ends up being Lou Gehrig. And as he got older, all those memories faded, but he remembered from a very early age. i've had a student who the mom came in, it was actually a student's sibling. Mom came in and says, "You are not gonna believe what happened." I'm like, "Eh, try me." And she started talking about how her daughter just walked into the room and started speaking in full sentences. Two years old, full sentences, in another language. And she said, "I, if I didn't know better, I'd thought it was like Dutch or something. It was some sort of European language. And she goes, "But this child..." And just looked at her like, "You're the problem here in not knowing what I'm saying." And the child just, and then went on about her day, never did it again. So we do hear about these stories of especially children when the veil, what, and what we'll always explain is the veil is thin for them. They're still connected to the other side. Before they can communicate, before they settle in, it helps them feel safe. And it's wild to see how as a, as children get older, a lot of times those memories do fade. 9/11, how many documentaries and stories have you seen on YouTube and the internet and TikTok documenting children remembering in full memories of things that maybe were not in the news. But when they went and tracked down the families are going, "There, no one knew that. No one knew that this happened. How, there's no way you could've known that or that child could've known that." Right. So I think the evidence is overwhelming if you're looking at just in the past life. Now y- the three of us have discussed in depth what we don't believe necessarily it's the past, it just is. However, I believe that there's relevance to looking at children and seeing how they see things, but then also adults. I knew from a very early age that I was gonna be a dance teacher. I knew that I was gonna be in New York. Now you know what? Fast-forward, I've been to New York but I've never lived there. But I knew at a very young age that I was going to be on Broadway. And then when I went to New York as an adult, I walked around that place, had no problem navigating it. It's like I was home. I had never been there, and I didn't show up till I was 32 years old. And I walked around, I knew where to turn, how to go where I was going. I, and I understood how to communicate with people. And I know deep dive later, you know, 15 years later, oh, because I lived in a past life there. It all makes sense. So did that answer your question now that I've completely derailed? That answered my question and also moved me to the next question, Lorena. You're welcome. It was amazing. Michelle, so we had this conversation, well, we c- have this continuous conversation- Yeah about dimensions and about layering of time, and about really being all part of the one. And I just wanna, ask you w- where you are right now with your experience. What's your observation? What questions do you have? Where do you stand on this? Okay. Well, thank you for that, because I would say this is where my thoughts have continued to go to since our first episode on past lives. The last one, if you haven't listened to, you should totally take that one in. So, before we started recording the first episode on past lives some of our best conversations happen right before we hit the record button, and I had mentioned the concept, the scientific concept of the fourth dimension, being like space time, right? This field, if you will, well, where there's past, present, future all existing simultaneously. There, that is scientifically speaking, right? The fourth dimension or space time, it it really is just, any, a dimension when we're talking about science is just a way to measure the direction of something, right? So it's very different than when we start talking about dimensions from a spiritual tradition. So I just wanna say, for example I like the spiritual tradition better because in this field of time where past, present, future exists, we can access any point at any time, and that's where, you know, frankly, I believe the the mystics are ahead of where science is right now. But science is slowly catching up, and I think it's interesting to look at the correlations and that sort of thing. Okay. So, how do I understand fourth and fifth dimension as it relates to spiritual tradition? And I love that you asked, "Where are you right now?" Because this is where I am right now. Maybe after I hear your responses, I'll change within this one episode. Who knows? Okay. So when we're speaking of dimensions from the of spiritual tradition, the way I understand it right now in my mind, in very simple terms, we'll start with the third dimension. The third dimension is everyday life, you know, where actions lead to consequences. We do something, and something happens back. Very physical, very straightforward. It speaks, of course, to the law of cause and effect, right? Which could someday lead to a discussion on karma and all that sort of thing. Then when we're talking about spiritual dimensions, the fourth dimension is where we go when we imagine. For example, we imagine a parallel version of ourself, you know, a version of us that exists in this field that we might like better, right? Maybe better than the one we're currently living in. We can imagine it. Imagine a life where maybe I have more money or I am in a happy relationship, but maybe someone would imagine being in a happy relationship, the relationship of their dreams, that sort of thing. I feel like the fourth dimension is more about noticing our inner world and noticing that our thoughts and our emotions and our beliefs begin to shape what we're actually experiencing. And I-- this you know, of course, relates to the law of correspondence. When we operate in the spiritual fourth dimension, life feels more connected and less random, I guess you could say. And then the fifth dimension is more about alignment. So instead of trying to control everything, we just surrender, if you will, and we are living from a place of clarity and connection, and things tend to flow. They flow more naturally. And instead of imagining being wealthy, we are wealthy. We are. Instead of imagining being in that happy relationship, we are in the happy relationship. It is already so. I am, right? And so then we begin to harmonize our thoughts and emotions that create the feelings, and that becomes our vibration, our frequency, and that becomes the reality we're choosing. Of course, we have to wait for the linear three-dimensional world to catch up to it, but we've already chosen it. We're already in it. And I think it is in possibly-- this is where my questions are. I really am waiting to hear what you all have to say about this. To me, the fifth dimension is where we really can get to those connections we're talking about is kinda how I'm feeling with that. Right. And I would love to know what your thoughts are. I mean, maybe this is another episode someday, how all of this affects mediumship, not just past lives, right? I know I'm not... I don't mean to like, ah, I know. How do you reign all this in? But anyway, so here are a couple questions I have based on all that. So that's kind of where w- where I am, right? So like the... If you think of like third dimension is doing, fourth dimension is thinking and imagining, fifth dimension is simply being, if you will. Okay, something like that. All right. So here are my questions. First of all, what are your interpretations of third, fourth, fifth dimensions, and how do these dimensions correlate to your understanding of past lives? How does that correlate? I'm gonna be brief about my experience with the fourth and fifth at this moment, and then and then later we can go sixth then up. Yes. So the third, obviously, I won't go into first and second, but the third, obviously, and I think many different cosmologies and traditions across spiritual belief systems as well as science agree that the third dimension is the physical. So that we know that what we see, what we can measure, right here, or this density. And some people refer to dimensions as densities, right? Which is very interesting, but I think there's commonality. The fourth dimension is, you're right, it's the place of thinking, and it's a place of what we can't see but affects us deeply. I also relate this to the astral plane- which is a whole nother topic, which we'll go into another time. And that's where I believe that a lot of our loved ones in the spirit world are in the fourth dimension. And they're very closely linked to us, and why they can still affect, like, our emotions, our thoughts, and they're it's very closely tied in. But there can also be shenanigans that happen in the fourth dimension, we know. That's for another episode. The fifth dimension, absolutely, I agree with you. I think that's the higher dimension. That is the place of timelessness. I think that's where the Akashic records reside. From what I, my understanding in this moment, again, in a year, it might change, but that's what my understanding is. And again, this is based on my experience, and that is the place of clarity, divine love. That's where you're easily able to, like, connect with higher self, guides, you know, if you're used to being in that through your practices. That's the easy part. Now, today, in this conversation, which we think is going to be exciting and fascinating, is how do past lives affect us today, and then how can that come through if it's something that's in the place of the soul, because everything's interconnected, how can that affect us today? And that's what I want to talk to you both about. So- This is gonna be coming from the position of personal experience. L- Lorenda alluded to that with her New York story. Love it. I didn't even know that one specifically. And then the second would be when you're working with clients or students, and your information as it relates to things that have happened to them where a past life, I'm gonna call it bleeding through, right? We- we've talked about that before, how a past life can show up for you today or for a client. And we all have stories about that, and I'm gonna, lean over into Lorenda, and I will say that this is where in our conversation and in our understanding is that if you start to ask yourself that question as, "I wonder how past lives affect me today?" It's just the beginning. Lorenda, can you dive into some of your amazing long list of client experiences that you have related to past lives and how they affect someone today, and then your experience with it, please? Yes. Okay. So in relation to what Michelle was bringing up about the third, the fourth, fifth dimension I'm in agreement with Carey as far as I feel like the third dimension is us now, mundane human stuff. Fourth is where it's spirit resides, where we can imagine things. It's that thinking, the mental mind dimension, right? And then the fifth dimension being the timelessness, right, as you put it. But it's access to the higher self, access to all those things, but that's also where we're connected to source, right? So when we live and exist in that higher plane or when we're connected to that, more aware of it. So as practitioners and as a person who does all this multidimensional work, I've done all this healing on myself, I tend to exist in a higher frequency. And I find that I'm not even bothered by so many things that used to send me in a tailspin. M- maybe that's age. I don't know. But I think there's an, a certain awareness and a flow. Now, incorporating that into past lives, there are people that will come to me and they'll be like, "I'm blocked. I'm stuck." I'm... They're in their mundane lives. They're living their... They're just trying to put one foot in front of the other. They can't see the forest for the trees. And then once we put them into theta level state, we take them into that fourth, fifth dimension vibration. To me, they're just vibrations. They're just different channels. I'm just putting them, moving them from 99.9 to 107.3, whatever. You know, we're moving them upwards. And I find that people, every once in a while, living their lives, just going about their business, will have an opening, will have an energetic opening. It's like a hole, and all of a sudden, all the stuff floods in from that fifth dimension or higher. And then they remember a past life. They remember, or they had that weird dream. They had that weird connection. They meet someone Why that opening happens probably is dependent upon their situation, their purpose, their plan, whatever. There's probably so many things that we don't understand about why that would happen. What I have found is that when people come to me for the past life regression because they are experiencing certain things or they're stuck in their life, we can always take them into that place where they have access to those records and to help them sort out and understand what they're physically being affected by today, mentally being affected by today. Are they having irrational fears? do they have psoriasis, and where'd that come from? You know, why? what was the point? There are people that are like, they'll meet someone, and they'll know that's their soulmate. Is it though? Or did you just know them? Do your souls recognize each other, and why? And you know, looking at these, the idea of the dimensions I believe there's relevance to that. Understanding how the science of it works is why are we... Why, in the 3D life, do we connect to the people? Why do these things come in? And how does it affect us? I do... I mean, there's a whole science on, julia Cannon wrote a book a- called Soul Speak. There's a whole certification on it, learning how past lives and your current life will affect your body, mind, body, and spirit. So I believe that there is relevance, and I... Literally every single client that comes to me has a connection to a past life that's affecting them now. That's just, that's why they were led to me. You know? So I hope that answers the question. So good.. Did I touch on that? Did I get to everything? You touched on it. Yeah. You landed the plane. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Michelle, when you're in that space, the first thing I have to ask you, Michelle, is, and this is completely off the cuff- Yeah do you have a past life that, or s- or where you have something you feel is a connection with you that you can speak about? Absolutely. I would love to know. Several things. I don't think we've talked about this a lot. Okay. Okay, this is really interesting. This is so interesting because Lorenda, that feeling you have that, that you had the first time you stepped foot in New York City and you were home, I had the same experience, and I took my mom, and my aunt, and my brother and sister, and we all went to New York for this just family trip. And when we were walking down the street I just had that overwhelming feeling like I have been here. We as a soul group, this family has been here, and I said something. I said, "Mom," I said, "I just..." And she goes, "You feel like you're home, don't you?" And I said, "Yeah, that's exactly what I was gonna say." And she says, "I know. I've been feeling it too. We've done this. We've been here." Yeah. Oh, that's the good stuff. Yeah. I just knew it. Lorenda, we were friends in New York City. Yeah. We must have been. I- that totally tracks. Well, and then of course you were- Yeah, and Carey had to be there too of course. Well, Carey and I have been besties through lifetimes and forever and ever. Right? There's that. I also have a couple of memories of like, I remember, I've... This is so weird, watching the History Channel once and I was watching these soldiers, and of course one of the soldiers, like, put his sword through another soldier, and I remembered in that moment, it was so bizarre, I remembered what it feels like to put a sword through another person as a soldier. And I thought, "Oh, that..." It was so bizarre. It kinda knocked me off my center for a second. Like, I've done that. I know that. I know what that feels like. Yeah, I don't ever wanna have to do it again, but I kn- I knew what that felt like. So- Isn't that funny how we can... I was thinking about this last night. I was watching a show with my husband, Homeland. Really great show, by the way. It is. And there was a moment where I was, like, nodding and, like, I was agreeing with something that was happening to this person that I could totally feel and understand, and it occurred to me I've never experienced this. Not once. I'm not even in that l- that playing field in any way, shape, or form, but I could feel it, and it made me mindful last night and going, "Wait, I wonder if I've got a... I wonder if there's a past life connection or some sort of connection to another dimension where I understand this," because I shouldn't understand everything that they're talking about as if it's already happened to me. Right. You know? I've never played spy. Although it'd be cool though, wouldn't it? I'd be a great spy. But I understood and felt everything that was happening to the main character, but it made no sense logical sense. It's so true. People- I- Right it's very interesting, 'cause I have two parts to myself in this moment. I'm gonna talk about my own private thing first, and that is that, and you, the three of us have talked about this, I know without a shadow of a doubt how many hundreds of past lives I've had in Ireland and Scotland, and all, look, and the, and it's gonna come down to something so intimate and so benign for everybody else, but I know I've been a fiddle player, and I've done sessions in Ire- like, I know it, like I've I was just watching, I'm getting the chills even saying it. It's so mundane and so rudimentary, but I know I've been in a million pubs playing the fiddle. It's, and this has gone on, by the way, for 30 years. As soon as I saw the first of Riverdance, like, it wasn't e- it was dancing, but it was the music that was so like, literally it was like the expression of my soul. And still I'm so obsessed with it. But I was watching a documentary last week, Lorenda, you'll love this, and Michelle, because you're gonna be going on a trip in the near future to that part of the world. The, it was a documentary on pubs in Ireland, and- Ooh Dying pubs. There's all these... It was, yes, I'll definitely send it to both of you. And I was like, I said to my husband, "I've been in these, this is my, these are my people." Like, I've done this so many lifetimes. And it's so mundane, but it's so sweet to me. Like I, I do say sometimes, the only thing I ever say, it's not this thing of, "Oh, I wanna be a healer, I wanna be all these things." It's, "No, I wanna come back and I wanna play in sessions in Ireland." It's the most specific thing in your entire life that you could ever imagine, but I love the sweetness of it. And because, my great-grandmother was from Northern Ireland,, that is so in my DNA. So that's my personal story. The second one is- on a professional level I can say without a shadow of a doubt through all the regression work I've done, both with clients as well as myself, and then doing thousands of past life Akashic records work, the amount of information that we are carrying right now within us, and why everybody is starting to be even more fascinated with it is... There's two parts to that. The first thing is there's so much evidence. It is absolutely incredible how these can affect us and how it can show up in someone's energy field, in their physical body, in their patterns, in their gait, in things they remember, and there's just a long list of documented information. But I know Lorenda for sure and me too, of, client work I've done, that is without a shadow of a doubt, there's no doubt about it. I mean, it's just phenomenal. And the fact that it's coming up right now in history even more so, and coming out in the open so we're having conversations about this, is just shows how we as souls right now on the planet are expanding. Because yes, we wanna know about our past lives, but we wanna understand source. And this is what I was gonna move over to both of you and to say as we're talking about higher self, as we're talking about the fifth dimension and beyond, and then the integration of, like, soul source ourselves connected to that, and then expanding ourselves, and also releasing things that block us in the moment. That's the whole point. So I'm gonna move over to Lorenda, and I don't even have to ask you a question 'cause I know you're gonna have a, lots of good things to say about it, but I wanna know what your impression is of just those co- those topics. So many things. I think I lost you somewhere along the way because my mind went to a whole different direction. You were going, you were in Ireland with me in my pub. I tell you what, when I went to Ireland, it was eye-opening 'cause I was energetically connected. But when I went to Scotland, I bawled. Yeah. I bawled. I felt such a connection to that place. It was crazy. And now I will say I can walk into a Irish pub and be like, "Hi, I'm home." It's good. I feel going... Again, tying in the dimension and the... I feel as we move into this age of Aquarius, all right, the idea is that we're shifting our consciousness. We are shifting into higher dimensions. We're shifting and raising our vibration. We're be- we're more educated, we're more aware. I believe that more and more of us are going to start remembering and tuning into past lives, and it's gonna be normal to talk about. And it's also going to be ways that we can really help identify. It's gonna help us in the medical field eventually. I think this is gonna be a whole new understanding of why we feel the way we do or wh- why we experience life the way we do. And it also will help us move further and beyond into achieving more, so we're not just reinventing the wheel like our people back in the 1700s. You know, you look back at back then and the things that got them upset, you're like, "That's a simple solution," because we've evolved, right?. And I feel like that's where we are headed with this Age of Aquarius, with this ascension into the higher understanding, living in a higher place and being more open to receiving information. These past lives or these t- I don't even like to call them past lives. The simultaneous lives, the other experiences that our higher self is experiencing, and maybe we're not even living those. That's a whole, again, another deep dive. We might even not even be experiencing them. How many people have you met that are like Queen Elizabeth? I've met at least five. At least. At least six, you know, Napoleons. What if they're just tapping into a consciousness to learn those lessons to bring with them into this lifetime because they had a purpose, they needed to tap into something over here that they needed to understand to help them navigate this life? That's a, that- and say that as like not everybody was there when Jesus was on the cross. Can I just say that? Not everybody. It was a small group. But can you tap into that consciousness? 100%. Just like- 100% were you actually a rock? Like we, as discussed in our past, in our last episode- were you actually a rock or can your consciousness tap into an experience that somebody else or another consciousness or that source chose to exper- There's so many layers to this. So many layers to this. So were we actually in Ireland in a past life, or did, are we tapping into another consciousness, or are... Who knows? Who cares? How do we take... The question is, how do we take that information and apply it to now, and why do we have access to it now? How do we make the most of that information that we're receiving? Whether we lived that life or not is irrelevant. How do we make it work for us now to achieve our higher purpose? Which takes us back to when we access that fifth dimension through hypnosis, for instance, or through meditation, or through whatever we're doing to u- understand our pur- It... That's when we say, "What is our purpose here? What did we come here to learn in this incarnation, in this meat suit? What is my job? What am I supposed to be doing for myself as well as others? What piece do I play in the puzzle?" Absolutely. So well said. Michelle, what are your reflections on this? Okay. All right. So as I was this is something that has k- it just keeps coming back to me since we first started this conversation the last time. But one of the ideas is that I've been reflecting on is the law of mind, right? Which also includes, I could just say the law of mind and oneness. So the belief that our minds can only expand as far as the concepts we allow ourselves to imagine, right? So we grow our thoughts, our perspec- when we grow our thoughts, our perspectives grow with them. That, kinda that idea, right? So in this view, everything begins with consciousness. Some describe it as divine mind or maybe, like, the universal field of energy and light, or whatever you wanna call it, that which connects everything and everyone, right? We're all connected. And this idea-- So the idea of oneness comes from this idea, right? This under- same understanding that all life is interconnected. The planets, the stars, nature, humanity, everything. And at the deepest level, we are all part of the same source, right? So with that concept in mind and I won't get into, like, even science is looking at that through subatomic stuff, right? With all that said, what I truly wonder when considering the infinite, eternal nature of all things, all potential, all possibilities, are we everyone and everything? So, am I you and you are me? So we've all been Queen Elizabeth, we've all been Napoleon in this field of potential, right? We can be all the things. I- my mind keeps coming back to this. And if this is true, if we are indeed everyone and everything, th- that's where I start having the question about how do we then truly define, you know, levels of souls, whether I even believe this is true or not. Like, there are beginners and intermediates and advanced souls. Like, we're... That's another deep dive, right? So are we at all times, depending on where we are focusing our individual awareness, are we at all times all the things and we're just moving through cycles over and over again? Like, ah, that's where, those are where my thoughts go. I was... 100%. I would say Chaka Khan said it best, "I am every woman." It's all in you. Anything you want done, baby, you do it naturally. That's perfect. Okay. So we have s- this is just, like, tip of the iceberg for this collective right here, which is known as the Liminal Lounge Mediums episode number nine podcast. I wanna just get last thoughts. Again, I, we could talk for another three hours. We really could, and we're gonna save more for soon. But what I wanna say is I'd love to get last thoughts before we come to a close for this episode. Lorenda Carr, what say you? I don't even know what to say as far as last thoughts. I'm so mind-blown by the last comments from Michelle. I'm still mulling that over in my head. And I... At the end of a QHHT, we always bring the person out and say, "And nothing you've experienced today will harm you, will affect your everyday life, because the life you're focused on right now is the most important." And I believe that is something that we all can take away from this deep dive into past lives, to all the dimensions, to having access to all this stuff. It can be very overwhelming. Ultimately, what is your job in this lifetime now? What is it that you are focused on right now to contribute to the collective? What is your contribution? And while it's really fun to deep dive all of these things, remember to always bring it back home and what is it that you, your individual soul right now, is meant to contribute, and how do you become part of that bigger picture- Yeah in making the puzzle complete? So that's my thoughts. Beautifully said. Michelle, What are your thoughts? Okay. So following that is I think that's it. Lorenda said it so beautifully. I'm just, here's what my final thought is. I feel so fortunate to have you as my friends, where we can talk about these things and no one's looking at me like I have three heads. You know what I mean? Like, you still look at me like I'm, "Hey, yeah, that's cool. Let's talk about it." I love that, that we can take these deep dives and it's safe and it's fun and it's expansive. So that's what I have to say. Thank you both for all that you know and all that you share. I love it. Adore you both so much. Same. I'm just gonna say in closing, this episode has expanded me so much, and I can't wait to also just continue that expansion journey with both of you and then all of our listeners. And what we would say, friends, is please let us know how you're liking these episodes, and we invite your feedback. Please share the podcast. And we could be coming to a city or YouTube channel near you, so stay tuned. And we wanna thank you both. This was an incredible episode. I just, I'm blown away, again. Thank you both so much. Thank you. Oh, will there be a part three? There's probably gonna be a part three. Yeah. But we will, we will speak into the ether and see what the fifth dimension tells us. Yeah. Thank you, everybody, for listening. Yeah. Thank you very much. Thank you. See you in the next one
